Core Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- At least 2 years of HR experience
- Fluent in English or Chinese
- Excellent networking and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and basic design skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and update job descriptions
- Conduct job and task analysis
- Source and attract candidates using various methods
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate fit
- Evaluate applicants' knowledge and skills
- Collaborate with team for better hiring practices
- Maintain records of applicants and interviews
