Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration
- 3–5 years of HR experience
- Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws
- Experience in payroll and benefits management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of employee benefits programs
- Ensure timely processing of payroll and benefits
- Manage employee records and HRIS data
- Support employee relations and engagement initiatives
- Supervise offboarding and employee documentation
- Develop SOPs for welfare and employee services
- Prepare reports and analysis for management
