Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Draft HR documents including offer letters
- Conduct employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Monitor attendance and coordinate payroll processing
- Address employee queries and maintain relations
- Ensure compliance with HR policies
- Handle resignation and exit formalities
