Core Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in HSE leadership roles.
Proficiency in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Experience in the Manufacturing, Construction, or Oil and Gas industry.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of HSE systems.
Monitor KPIs and ensure team alignment with objectives.
Conduct field verification of safety measures.
Assist in personnel development and training.
Oversee HSE compliance in project execution.
Participate in incident investigations.
Supervise high-risk activities to ensure safety.
