Core Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 15–20 years of experience in product management, sales, or business development
- Leadership experience in Oil & Gas or technical solutions
- Experience with complex tenders and EPC projects
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth
Responsibilities
- Lead overall product strategy and sales performance.
- Develop divisional business plans and sales strategies.
- Define growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Lead sales strategies and oversee tendering processes.
- Build relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Oversee product lifecycle, from introduction to phase-out.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
