- 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- 2 years in a leadership role
- Expert understanding of SaaS metrics
- Skilled in using CRM platforms
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy
- Build and lead a high-performance sales organization
- Design and optimize sales processes and KPIs
- Partner with Customer Success and Marketing teams
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Manage forecasting and performance metrics
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams
