Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in VAS or Telco
- Strong experience in sales and business development
- Proven P&L ownership and revenue management
- Excellent communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Define and execute VAS business strategy
- Manage VAS product portfolio and service delivery
- Lead VAS sales strategy and execution
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Mentor and develop the VAS team
- Provide performance reports to senior management
