Responsibilities
- Define and execute manufacturing engineering strategy.
- Lead process optimization initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement culture using Lean and Six Sigma.
- Manage end-to-end project execution for plant setups and expansions.
- Implement TPM and Lean principles to improve operational efficiency.
- Mentor maintenance teams to enhance equipment reliability.
- Establish and monitor critical manufacturing KPIs.
