- Implement and manage Oracle HCM Cloud
- Manage performance management processes
- Oversee core HR processes
- Ensure alignment of HR systems with business goals
- Collaborate with HR and business teams
- Translate business requirements into system functionalities
- Support HCM solutions including Payroll and Benefits
