Core Requirements

5–7+ years of design experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related fields
Strong portfolio of merchandise and packaging
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Solid understanding of materials and production workflows

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design merchandise and packaging
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines
Deliver print-ready artworks for production
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
Review and refine designs from other designers
Work directly with printers to ensure quality
Translate business briefs into design solutions
