Responsibilities
- Check forecast and update PO/VC information in the system
- Coordinate with shipper to confirm cargo readiness
- Handle booking process and communicate with carriers
- Plan and control CFS allocation for efficient operation
- Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions to carriers
- Ensure accurate ISF/AMS filing and data entry
- Track and trace shipments, updating on delays
