- Perform on-site installation and commissioning of tools
- Execute equipment hook-up and calibration
- Support tool qualification and acceptance testing
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Provide operation and maintenance training
- Document installation activities and service reports
- Communicate with equipment manufacturers for support
