- Knowledge of Round World Fares
- Competency in fares and ticketing
- Intermediary knowledge of GDS systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Issue and reissue tickets efficiently
- Calculate fare quotes accurately
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Provide competitive fare quotes
- Ensure timely issuance of airline tickets
- Interpret Airline Fare Rules
- Manage phone calls and emails professionally
