Core Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 8 years of Facilities Management experience.
Strong knowledge of building M&E systems and utilities.
Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with EHS standards and sustainability practices.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance.
Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Lead facility-related capital improvement projects.
Manage utilities consumption for cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Supervise vendors and manage service contracts.
Mentor and lead a team of facility technicians and engineers.
