Responsibilities
- Lead technical takeover of newly constructed buildings.
- Establish operating procedures and maintenance standards.
- Manage facilities department operations including security and housekeeping.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate external contractors and manage contractor performance.
- Assist with budgeting and procurement planning.
