Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in order management or supply chain.
- Good command of English (TOEIC 650+ is an advantage).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Handle order receiving from overseas clients.
- Issue production requests to manufacturers.
- Prepare monthly reports on order and production.
- Simulate price breakdowns and prepare client quotations.
- Process and verify all import/export documents.
- Manage shipment schedules for on-time delivery.
- Monitor and resolve operational issues.
