Core Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience supporting executives.
Solid foundation in business and financial modeling.
Excellent written and spoken English (IELTS 7.5+).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

Provide CEO with relevant information for decision-making.
Participate in projects led by the CEO.
Draft and manage business documentation.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders.
Support investor relations and prepare updates.
Help schedule and coordinate investor meetings.
Maintain internal processes to improve executive efficiency.
