Responsibilities
- Lead ERP application implementation and configuration
- Analyze and map client business needs
- Design business process flows
- Provide client training on ERP systems
- Assist project team members to meet deliverables
- Prepare customized specifications and user manuals
- Conduct pre-sales demonstrations of ERP applications
