Core Requirements
- Diploma in Manufacturing, Industry, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering
- Five years of experience in EMS electronic manufacturing
- Familiarity with Wave & Selective solder and Automation machines
- Knowledge of ISO/IATF16949 quality system
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Support initial equipment transfer and new equipment purchases
- Install and implement auxiliary equipment
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Collaborate with the ME team for new projects
- Conduct equipment validation runs
- Improve processes for cost savings
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
