- Strong knowledge of Python and/or TypeScript
- Proven track record in managing complex deployments
- Ability to mentor and lead teams
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with customers.
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions.
- Manage delivery across multiple projects.
- Negotiate technical tradeoffs with stakeholders.
- Drive best practices within the team.
- Partner with other engineering teams to close gaps.
- Mentor junior engineers on architecture and design.
