Core Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech degree
- ADIS/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety
- 9–15+ years of EHS experience
- 3–5+ years in Li-ion or related manufacturing
- NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain risk assessment protocols.
- Implement plant-wide ESD control measures.
- Conduct fire risk assessments and maintain safety protocols.
- Govern safe lifecycle management of chemicals.
- Lead investigations and report on EHS performance.
- Manage contractor safety processes and compliance.
- Conduct training on safety and emergency response.
