- Hands-on experience with Lazada and Shopee
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Good coordination skills
Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify
- Assist with new product launches and promotions
- Maintain customer satisfaction and response-time KPIs
- Respond to customer inquiries via assigned channels
- Update backend systems and sales reports
- Monitor pricing across online marketplaces
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned
