Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years in luxury resort management.
- Experience with villa inventories over 50 keys.
- Thai Council of Engineers License required.
- Safety Officer Certification required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance for luxury suites and villas.
- Manage PM schedules for medical-grade equipment.
- Lead and support the engineering team.
- Ensure operational readiness for guest arrivals.
- Oversee technical operations and high-efficiency systems.
- Manage project handover from development to operations.
- Drive sustainability initiatives within the property.
