- Associate degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred
- CCNA certification preferred
- Scripting experience in PowerShell, Python, or Bash
Responsibilities
- Perform hardware diagnostics and resolve failures.
- Assist with failure analysis and root cause investigations.
- Monitor server fleet health and ensure SLA compliance.
- Administer diagnostic tools and perform firmware updates.
- Provide real-time support during new deployments.
- Manage Windows Server OS and Linux environments.
- Troubleshoot network issues across various layers.
