Core Requirements
- Two years of technical training or equivalent experience
- Background in IT, electrical, or mechanical fields
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Ability to analyze system operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain IT and electrical equipment
- Monitor and perform preventive maintenance on systems
- Provide customer support on the Data Center floor
- Create and update tickets in the ticketing system
- Respond to building emergencies and customer requests
- Operate critical system equipment safely
- Comply with safety policies for hazardous materials
