- 3–5 years in cybersecurity awareness or compliance roles
- Experience with phishing simulation tools
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 and NIS2 frameworks
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design and execute cybersecurity awareness programs
- Promote a strong security culture within the organization
- Support compliance documentation and audit evidence
- Coordinate awareness metrics reporting
- Maintain a role-based security training framework
- Prepare audit-ready documentation for compliance controls
- Track evolving cyber regulations and advise on implications
