- Up to 3 years of experience in client servicing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Retailer clients.
- Deliver clear and concise analyses and reports.
- Monitor service delivery KPIs with Client Service teams.
- Maintain communication with account teams and management.
- Organize content for the Resource Library.
- Support senior management in developing case studies.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
