Responsibilities
- Receive and process export sales orders.
- Verify order accuracy and shipping requirements.
- Enter and maintain order data in internal systems.
- Prepare export documentation in coordination with teams.
- Track shipment status and communicate updates.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders.
- Assist in process improvement projects.
