Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge in IP/IPv6/BGP/MPLS
- CCNP/CCIE certification
- Experience with Cisco IOS-XR/JunOS
Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service for International IP services.
- Coordinate with project managers for customized IP solutions.
- Work with engineering teams for service delivery.
- Resolve customer issues with technical support.
- Provide 2nd level support to NOCs.
- Participate in provisioning additional products.
- Be available for 24/7 on-call support.
