- 3–5 years in CSR or sustainability roles
- Solid understanding of ESG frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian
Responsibilities
- Engage with local communities and key stakeholders
- Design social impact measurement frameworks
- Prepare performance reports for management and public
- Ensure compliance with CSR initiatives and ESG standards
- Support the carbon reduction roadmap execution
- Manage carbon offset programs
- Implement emission reduction initiatives
