- Own credit policies and underwriting frameworks
- Provide oversight on credit proposals
- Manage portfolio performance and delinquencies
- Lead credit committees and risk reviews
- Structure cash-flow based lending solutions
- Act as senior credit interface for partners
- Build and lead credit teams
