- Excellent copy leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define creative direction and standards.
- Review and approve day-to-day creative outputs.
- Build a scalable operating system for creative production.
- Coach and develop a multidisciplinary creative team.
- Collaborate with marketing to align creative with objectives.
- Streamline approval processes for routine work.
- Ensure brand identity is consistently expressed across channels.
