Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Energy, or related discipline
- 10+ years' experience in renewable energy
- Strong exposure to solar and/or BESS in Southeast Asia
- Experience building and scaling platforms
- Deep understanding of the Philippines power market
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Philippines strategy
- Translate a multi-year investment mandate into a development pipeline
- Lead origination across greenfield and brownfield opportunities
- Structure and secure PPAs, JVs, and strategic partnerships
- Identify M&A and partnership opportunities
- Negotiate and close major agreements
- Own investment cases through IC and capital deployment
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Build relationships with government bodies and regulators
