- Determine cost estimate targets during design.
- Liaise with stakeholders for cost estimates.
- Utilize costing methodologies and tools.
- Track actual costs relative to estimates.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Provide cost estimates during changes.
- Analyze supplier quotes for cost optimization.
