Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience in RFI Management or Project Coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Manage RFI/RFQ requests through the proposal response system
- Review system-suggested responses for relevancy
- Ensure timely delivery of RFIs
- Maintain accuracy of responses in the RFI content library
- Coordinate systematic SME review of stock answers
- Communicate updates to internal requestors
- Interact with SMEs for detail gathering
