Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering or relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in shipbuilding or as a chief engineer
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of HAT/SAT protocols
Responsibilities
- Commission ships and systems to meet specifications
- Conduct sea trials and report on vessel performance
- Coordinate supplier activities during commissioning
- Prepare safety equipment for trials
- Support production with improvement proposals
- Monitor production progress and signal delays
- Provide technical guidance to colleagues and clients
