Responsibilities

- Contact customers to recover overdue payments.
- Negotiate payment plans in line with company policies.
- Maintain records of collection activities.
- Ensure compliance with legal guidelines.
- Escalate complex cases to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment issues.
- Prepare collection reports.
