Core Requirements

12+ years in engineering
5+ years in VP/CTO/Head of Engineering roles
Experience in trading systems
Hands-on experience with EVM-based smart contracts
Mobile app development experience in fintech or trading

Responsibilities

Define and execute the technical roadmap for the Cronos App
Architect the hybrid CLOB + RFQ market structure
Design protocol-level infrastructure decisions
Lead and scale a high-performance engineering team
Establish a culture of accountability and technical excellence
Implement processes supporting high-velocity development
Collaborate with product-engineering alignment at an executive level
