Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology or related field.
- 10+ years in resource modelling and ore control.
- Professional membership in AusIMM or similar.
- Operational inspector certificate (POP or POM).
- Proficiency in geological modelling software.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 3D geological models.
- Provide resource estimates according to company guidelines.
- Ensure geological database integrity and QA/QC.
- Provide technical input for mine planning operations.
- Oversee ore control programs.
- Lead reconciliation between resource models and mill performance.
- Supervise modelling and database geologists.
