Responsibilities
- Analyze and map existing business processes
- Develop and document business requirements and specifications
- Manage system implementation projects from start to finish
- Configure and maintain Jira and other workflow systems
- Collaborate with IT and business teams for system integration
- Design and optimize workflow systems for efficiency
- Conduct testing and validation of system deliverables
