Core Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong client database in the Vietnam construction and design sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular outdoor sales visits across Vietnam.
  • Identify and close business opportunities with contractors and consultants.
  • Prepare project quotations and follow up on tenders.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and handle after-sales support.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
