Core Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2-3 years of experience in project coordination or client support
Experience in interior design or construction industry
Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Possess own transportation and willing to travel

Responsibilities

Support daily project and administrative activities
Communicate with clients to understand their project inquiries
Prepare proposals and tender documents
Assist in coordinating tender and pre-project activities
Maintain good working relationships with clients
Work closely with designers and project managers
Ensure all reports and documentation are up to date
