- Experience in facilitating BCM exercises.
- Ability to conduct BCM training for staff.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the organization's BCM Coordinator.
- Liaise with BU BCP Coordinators to develop relationships.
- Identify gaps and set recovery time objectives.
- Support Senior Management in aligning BC planning.
- Conduct business continuity assessments.
- Supervise BC plan maintenance processes.
- Support activation of CMT during crises.
