  • Experience in facilitating BCM exercises.
  • Ability to conduct BCM training for staff.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the organization's BCM Coordinator.
  • Liaise with BU BCP Coordinators to develop relationships.
  • Identify gaps and set recovery time objectives.
  • Support Senior Management in aligning BC planning.
  • Conduct business continuity assessments.
  • Supervise BC plan maintenance processes.
  • Support activation of CMT during crises.
