Core Requirements
- Diploma in Civil or Architecture
- Basic knowledge of BIM and CAD software
- Ability to design aluminum and steel systems
- Understanding of waterproofing and insulation systems
- Effective communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide CAD/BIM support for facade projects.
- Produce BIM models and detailed engineering designs.
- Collaborate with the team on multiple projects.
- Report to Consultants and line management.
- Ensure designs meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Support project documentation and client presentations.
- Participate in project meetings and updates.
