- Hands-on experience with NHAI and Railways tenders
- Strong understanding of EPC and HAM contracts
- Proficient in MS Excel and tender documentation
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate government tenders
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bids
- Analyze BOQs and costing
- Coordinate with engineering, accounts, and legal teams
- Ensure compliance with EMD and BG
- Conduct pre-bid meetings and follow-ups
- Maintain bid trackers and success ratio reports
