- Maintain and improve internal frameworks and tools
- Collaborate with product engineering teams for improvements
- Ensure best practices are embedded in backend systems
- Conduct research on new technologies and solutions
- Support technology migration for product engineering teams
- Share knowledge through documentation and presentations
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems
