- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 14-16 years of experience in Quantity Surveying

- Knowledge of GFC drawings and BOQs
- Experience in value engineering and cost optimization
Responsibilities
- Prepare project budgets and cost estimates
- Coordinate with cost consultants
- Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle
- Identify cost-related risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare regular cost reports highlighting variances
- Conduct value engineering workshops
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
