- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years in Site Management or Contract Administration
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and cost accounting
- Experience with digital workflows and ERP systems
- Effective negotiation and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Manage lifecycle of site rental contracts
- Oversee payment cycles for rentals and utilities
- Lead migration to E-billing and E-payment systems
- Act as primary contact for property owners and teams
- Maintain accurate site databases
- Provide insights on cost-saving opportunities
- Support digital adoption progress
