Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology.
- Monitor efficiency savings from improvement initiatives.
- Conduct process improvement workshops with Service Delivery.
- Deliver training sessions on quality tools.
- Manage multiple initiatives independently.
- Create visualizations using Power BI dashboards.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives.
