Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline
- At least 5 years of compliance experience
- Experience in a corporate banking or wealth management setting
- Knowledge of KYC and CDD processes
- Familiar with AML/CFT regulations
Responsibilities
- Act as the compliance point of contact for private wealth onboarding
- Provide guidance on KYC, CDD, and client risk assessments
- Manage all AML-related issues and frameworks
- Support ongoing client reviews and enhanced due diligence
- Oversee control room activities like personal account dealing
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Assist with compliance monitoring and regulatory submissions
